Jallab, the taste of elegance. Jallab is one of the oldest Middle Eastern refreshing syrups. As the name suggests in Persian, (Gul: rose, Ab: Water), it was originally a rose water-scented syrup. With time, the recipe developed into a more sophisticated refreshing fruit syrup made out of molasses.
Kanz’s Jallab is produced by artisans of Tripoli, using fresh organic grape molasses, rose water, and lemon juice.
