At pYckd, because we work with small businesses, you will be able to return, exchange or refund your products only if you received damaged, faulty, or the wrong product. You can also only exchange clothing & shoes to a different size (if available) in case the fit isn’t right.
- Go to MY ACCOUNT and select MY ORDERS
- Go to the specific order and select VIEW DETAILS
- Click on RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Our support team will be in touch to process your return within 48 hours
You can also take a picture of the item and email it to [email protected] within a period of 48 hours after delivery.
Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you in the return and exchange process.
Please note that items that are returned must not be used nor reduced in value. Make sure that your goods are returned and wrapped in their original packaging, and that they have not been damaged in any way.
In the unlikely event that a purchased item is out of stock or no longer available, a refund or store credit will be offered to the buyer for the same value purchased. The refund will be made to the original mode of payment. Please be aware that no exchange, returns, or refunds are applied for customized or edible products.
Also note that although the platform is managed by pYckd, each vendor has their own specific policies in terms of Returns and Refunds.
