Artisanally made traditional Lebanese mouneh
Kammouneh was traditionally prepared for pilgrims. In the late 19th century, tomatoes were added to almost every recipe. Kanz Kammouneh is prepared by the women of Haris, South Lebanon.
Salad recipe: In a bowl, add mixture, diced juicy tomatoes, diced cucumbers, feta cheese, and lemon dressing. Also pairs with salads, and can be used as stuffing for Lebanese traditional dishes.
