Instructions:

• The child makes themselves comfortable in their bed or somewhere relaxing before selecting their session
• STEP 1: Left key. The child chooses the animal they want to go on a journey with. They can also choose to do meditation sessions or listen to relaxing music or the sounds of nature.
• STEP 2: Right key. They choose which universe they want to explore and be transported to (an island, for example, or a desert or a forest). They can then plug in their headphones or listen using the built-in speaker.
• STEP 3: Play! The child chooses how long they want the session to last (short: 8 minutes or long: 16 minutes) and then starts their journey.
