Artisanally made traditional Lebanese mouneh
Frikeh or green wheat is the historical superfood of the Middle East and is one of the dishes linked with major feasts and social occasions in Lebanon. Picked and hand-roasted by the women of Qana in the district of Tyre, it brings back the best native flavours of Lebanon.
Use it as a breakfast cereal, add it to your salads and homemade soups, or cook it with chicken or meat topped with nuts. Fry the leftovers and add them to any dish that needs a crunchy finish.
