We make our shoes by hand, one by one, just for you!

Please try your best to choose your correct shoe size, and you will find some guidance below under our Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy:

We accept an exchange when the shoe size does not fit, and you would require a different size. Since all our items are made to order, please allow 21 days for us to produce your new pair and send it through.
Please be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept exchanges on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected upon return to make sure they are in a sale-able condition. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure any returns are securely packaged and cannot get damaged on their way back to us!
